Quick and easy recipe for Sticky Chicken Kebabs – perfect for lunchboxes or picnics
18 chicken wings – separated at the joint
Ina Paarman’s Chicken Spice
1 1/2cups (375ml) Ina Paarman’s Sticky Marinade
Position the oven rack in the middle and preheat the oven to 180?C.
Toss the winglets with seasoning in an oven pan.
Arrange in a single layer. Drizzle over a generous amount of sauce.
Bake open for 30 minutes, stir to turn them and continue cooking for a final 20 minutes, until sticky and well browned.
