Recipe for Hot Potato Salad – with bacon, mushroom soup and grated cheese

Ingredients
6 large potatoes – cook in jacket, then peel
2 cloves garlic – crushed
6 rashers of bacon – diced
1 tin mushroom soup
grated cheese
2 med onions – ringed
6 large mushrooms – sliced
1/2 cup of mayo

How to
Fry onions, bacon and mushrooms until soft and cooked.

Slice potatoes in discs.

Mix soup and mayo together.

Now layer the potato with the bacon mixture and soup.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake at 170 degrees celcius for 45min – 1 hour.

Great with a braai or a meal.
