Recipe for delicious garlic and jalapeno Guacamole
2 ripe avocados, pit removed, scooped out of skin.
1 clove garlic, minced
juice of 1/2 a lime
salt and pepper to taste
cilantro, chopped (coriander leaves)
a few drops of green tobasco sauce or a 1/4 of jalapeno (without seeds) minced.
I like my guacamole chunky, so I mushed the avocados using a potato masher.
Incorporate all the ingredients, place in a covered container and refrigerate until you’re ready to eat.
