Recipe for Althea’s Muffins – made with raisins and nutty wheat flour. Simply delicious!

2 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Brown sugar (the sticky type)
1/2 cup Oil
2cups Milk
2 1/2 cups Nutty wheat
Pinch of Salt
2 1/2 tsp bi-carb
125gr Raisins or mixed dried fruit
1 tsp Vanilla

How to
Beat eggs.

Add sugar – beat.

Add oil.

Add milk and Nutty Wheat – alternate and beat.

Add salt – stir.

Add bi-carb – stir.

Add raisins and lastly vanilla.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Spoon into patty pans and bake at 180-200 degrees (ovens vary) for 25-30 minutes.
