There’s nothing better than a quick and easy no-bake recipe for Peppermint Crisp Dessert

1 packet tennis biscuits
500ml fresh cream
200g mint chocolate
2 peppermint crisp bars
1 tin caramel treat
cherries to decorate

How to
Crush the biscuits until fine.

Whip the cream and divide into two bowls.

In one bowl, add the caramel treat to the cream and mix until smooth.

Chop chocolate up into smallish chunks.

Break up the peppermint crisp bars into smallish pieces (this adds a nice rich green colour to the dessert).

Spoon the caramel mixture and cream into separate piping bags (skip this if making one big tart – just use a spoon).

Layer each ingredient in whichever order you prefer, typically biscuit, caramel, chocolate, cream and more chocolate.

Decorate with cherries.
