If you’re looking for a healthy treat, this recipe for a Peanut Butter Protein Bowl should do the trick
1 serving protein powder of your choice
1 cup ice
½ cup almond milk
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon Stevia
pinch of sea salt
½ teaspoon xantham gum (optional, to thicken)
Place all ingredients in a blender.
I like to add xantham gum to thicken it – the consistency becomes like ice cream!
Pour into a bowl and top with a drizzle of peanut butter.
