Tonic & Tea

A rich tea syrup is a great way to add flavour and body to an alcohol-free drink. Use Fever-Tree Indian tonic to balance the strong flavours of Earl Grey.

How to:

Fill a long glass with ice. Add a shot of tea syrup, 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice and top up with tonic. Gently stir, garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.

Make a simple Earl Grey tea syrup by combining 1 cup sugar and half cup water in a small saucepan and bringing to a boil to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and add 2 – 3 Earl Grey tea bags. Cover and let steep for 15 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let cool for 30 minutes.
