Dark n’ Stormy


74ml Dark Rum

148ml Ginger Beer

1 Lime Wedge

2 Dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Garnish: Lime Wheel 

How to:

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled, old-fashioned glass; squeeze lime wedge on top and add Angostura aromatic bitters. Stir gently.

Old Fashioned


60ml whiskey

1 sugar cube

2 dashes Angostura aromatic Bitters

Garnish: Orange peel

How to:

Saturate sugar cube with Angostura aromatic bitters and muddle in an old-fashioned glass. Add whiskey. Then, add ice and stir together. Garnish and serve.

The Manhattan


60ml Rye Whiskey

30ml Sweet Vermouth

3 Dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Garnish: Maraschino Cherry & Lemon Peel

Glass: Coupe

How to:

In a mixing glass, build in all ingredients over large cracked ice and stir. Then strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve.
