A healthy green Cold and Flu Busting Smoothie, topped with chia seeds and honey

Ingredients

Green smoothie:
1 green apple
1 baby pineapple
1 banana
1 kiwi
1 guava
¼ cup sliced almonds
1 tsp spirulina power
½ tsp stevia powder
1 tsp Matcha powder
½ cup baby spinach
½ cup kale
½ cup Almond Breeze almond milk
Juice of half a lemon

Chia topping:
1 cup Almond Breeze almond milk
¼ cup chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
1 vanilla seed husk

How to

Green smoothie:
Blend all ingredients together.

Chia topping:
Soak the chia seeds in the almond milk overnight

Add each layer to a glass and top with fresh granadilla pulp, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds.
