  • Fresh white bread, butter and colourful vermicelli sugar strands.


  1. Cut the crusts from your bread.
  2. Butter one side only.
  3. Sprinkle the vermicelli all over the bread (making sure you cover the butter)
  4. From one side, gently fold the bread in on the vermicelli and start your roll. Once complete, cut in half and then halve again.
  5. Bread can dry out quickly, so cover with cling wrap.
