Flavour-filled recipe for Fish and Jalapeño Wraps


320g crispy fish goujons or fish nuggets
4 wraps
60ml mayonnaise
150g lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, diced
1 red onion, diced
12 Peppadew® Jalapeño Halves
15ml capers (optional)
5ml lemon zest
salt and milled black pepper

To Serve:
lemon wedges

How to
Cook the fish goujons until cooked and crispy. Drain on paper towel.

Fry the wraps for 30 –45 seconds per side in a wide frying pan or griddle pan. Place a wrap onto a flat surface and top with a little mayonnaise, lettuce, fish goujons, 3 Peppadew® Jalapeño Halves, a spoonful each of the tomato and onion, capers (optional) and some lemon zest.

Season with salt and pepper. Repeat with the remaining wraps.

Serve at once, as is, or folded into a wrap
