Easy peasy dinner recipe for chip chicken – serve with rice, chips or salad

8 chicken portions
Ina Paarman’s Chicken Spice
3 T (45 ml) butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 x 125 g packet cheese and onion chips

How to
Adjust the oven rack to the middle position. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Place the chicken portions skin side up in a single layer in an ovenproof dish. Season with Chicken Spice.

Add the crushed garlic to the melted butter and drizzle over the chicken.

Crush the chips with a rolling pin and sprinkle over the chicken.

Bake uncovered for about 1 hour until brown and cooked through.

Serve with lentil rice, green vegetables or salad.
