Delicious recipe for Black M&M’s Nice Cream, made with frozen banana and activated charcoal powder
8 bananas frozen
2 heaped tablespoons activated charcoal powder (available at all health stores & Dischem)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup oat/dairy-free milk
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 cup chocolate M&M’s crushed
Place the bananas, activated charcoal powder, cocoa powder, milk and vanilla essence in a high-speed blender.
Blend until combined and smooth.
Transfer the nice cream to an empty ice cream container.
Add the crushed M&M’s and freeze for 1 hour.
Serve with more M&M’s.
