A healthy breakfast recipe for Acai Bowl – can easily be made vegan!
2-3 Tbsp yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)
1 Tbsp pea or hemp protein power
1 small beetroot, peeled
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 Tbsp Açai berry powder
1 Tbsp roughly chopped fresh mint
1 cup water
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Add all ingredients to your blender, blitz, add toppings and enjoy!
