A healthy breakfast recipe for Acai Bowl – can easily be made vegan!

Ingredients
⁠2-3 Tbsp yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)⁠
1 Tbsp pea or hemp protein power
1 small beetroot, peeled⁠
1 cup frozen mixed berries⁠
1 Tbsp Açai berry powder⁠ ⁠
1 Tbsp roughly chopped fresh mint
1 cup water

Optional Toppings:
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Coconut shavings
Chia seeds

How to
Add all ingredients to your blender, blitz, add toppings and enjoy! ⁠
