A simple and easy to make Vanilla Bread with sugar icing…..

Ingredients
180 g butter
180 g granulated sugar
3 eggs
180 g self raising flour
liquid vanilla extract
70 g milk
100 g powdered sugar
water
vanilla bean

How to
Mix butter and sugar, than add 1 egg and 1 table spoon of flour (repeat this operation for every egg).

Add liquid vanilla and the flour remaining. Mix slowly while adding milk.

Put in your mold/pan and then in the oven at 180 C for 20/25 minutes.

For the frosting, put together powdered sugar and the little seeds from the vanilla pod with a little bit of water.
