A devastatingly simple recipe for Aggression Cookies – pound and knead the dough to work out all your frustration and then enjoy with a leisurely cup of tea.
3 cups oatmeal
1-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1-1/2 cups butter
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Dump all ingredients into a large bowl. Mash! Knead! Pound! The longer and harder you mix, the better the cookies will taste!
Roll dough into small balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 180 C for 10 to 12 minutes.
