Chocolates, cakes, doughnuts, sweets, French fries and fast food - these are foods that destroy your weight-loss diet

There are, however, certain foods that are both more-ish AND good for you. This means you can have them as part of your diet plan and still lose weight. It does NOT mean you can eat as much as you like, though!

Here are five of these 'naughty-healthy' foods that taste really good! (Number four will probably surprise you…)

1. Peanut butter

Peanut butter is high in calories and fat, and the 'normal' kinds are full of salt and sugar. The good news is that you can get sugar-, salt- and chemical-free peanut butters that taste amazing. Most of the fat in peanut butter is healthy unsaturated fat, and it is also a good source of potassium (which many people are lacking).

My favourite snack is to spread a little salt- and sugar-free peanut butter onto some apple slices. This will kill hunger pangs, and sweet/fatty cravings at the same time!
