1. Say no to junk food

This is so obvious it pains me to say it, but there are people out there who can't tell the difference between home-cooked steak, potatoes and veg and a burger and fries from a fast-food joint.

If it's homemade, then it should be made from fresh, un-processed ingredients, and it won’t be fried in rancid oils. Homemade meals should not include white flours or added sugars… check your recipes, check your fridge! Make sure that you know EXACTLY what you’re putting into your body.
