Every year our new year’s resolution list includes hitting the gym. I do.

Sadly, by the time autumn kicks in, we’re looking at the couch and hot chocolate like we owe them all our time. Why do we put pressure on ourselves to aggressively lose weight even if it makes us unhappy?

So how about this? Instead of begrudgingly dragging ourselves to a sweaty gym, let’s seek happiness in a healthy alternative.

Try walking briskly around the neighbourhood, taking up a yoga class or hiking up a mountain with friends.
