The Caralishious Nutrition and Lifestyle Guide breaks down what is most important about starting on your healthy journey, and is quick to point out that a super restrictive diet is not the best way to achieve results.

From shopping lists to food labels

The Lifestyle Guide is almost like a mini-nutritionist course, as it shows you the foodie baddies, what to avoid and healthy replacements. There are also various sections that focus on perishable and staple grocery shopping lists, recommended portion sizes and tips/tricks when eating out.

My favourite section explains the food labels that have mystified me for years. It seemed that everyone knows what these numbers mean except me. In Cara-Lisa’s guide, she breaks it down step by step with lots of insight and guidance. This information should prove very useful when making healthy food decisions in the store.

The only downside is that I noticed a few typos and grammatical inconsistencies in the e-book. Not a big deal for some, but important to me as I’m a grammar freak!
