4. Skipping combos

Want to know if skipping works for fat burning? Look at the world’s elite boxers. They skip all the time as part of their training regimen. Get a skipping rope and do a combo like the one below:

  • 100 skips
  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 squats
  • 10 crunches

Repeat the combination five times.
