3. Eat more
Some people who suffer from fatigue simply don’t eat enough. This may be because of busyness, laziness or because they believe it’s the way to lose weight.
Eating too little doesn’t solve any problems and certainly won’t help you be more productive. If you’re in this boat, try to consciously eat a bit more for a few days and see what happens.
If you think starving yourself is going to help you lose weight, you are actually ruining your metabolism, and teaching your body to go into panic/starvation mode. You will pack on the weight as soon as you begin eating properly again.
Rather talk to a professional nutrition coach about your goals so that they can do accurate body measurements and give you advice on a healthy number of calories to eat every day to keep your body functioning optimally while still losing excess weight.
