2. Eat more veggies and fruit

Most people don’t eat nearly enough vegetables and fruit.

If you’re always tired, you probably eat even less veggies and fruit than other people because you’re too exhausted to prepare them properly. BUT… it’s worth the time and energy – you will get it back eventually!

Vegetables and fruits are where you get the nutrients to power you through the day, and help your system stay clean and healthy so you don’t feel sluggish.

A minimum of five servings of veg and three of fruit per day is a good starting point.
