2. They make you drink more … water

Words can’t really describe how important water is.

Being well hydrated is CRITICAL for normal bodily function, never mind weight loss. If you’re dehydrated you can forget about getting into shape.

You won’t have energy, your body won’t be able to clear out junk from its systems and you will feel terrible. All good diets emphasise water intake because it’s very important.
