1. Before you turn on the taps, pour a couple of drops of essential oil onto the shower floor for a sensory experience. Consider eucalyptus to clear up a congested nose, peppermint to revitalise or lavender to relax you.
  2. Use a nourishing hair mask with every third wash – most of them only need three to five minutes to work, so you don’t need to allocate extra time.
  3. Give yourself a vigorous exfoliation at least once a week. You can use a body brush or a body scrub, but ensure that you cover everything from top to toe. Turn off the taps while you do this to save water.
