1. Start with a good shampoo and conditioner specially formulated for chemically treated hair. If a salon brand is within your budget, chat to your hair stylist about which one would be best for your hair.
  2. Trim your hair regularly. It doesn’t have to be every six weeks, but having a centimetre or two chopped off every few months will make your hair look and feel much healthier.
