• A vigorous exfoliation is a great place to start. Use a dry body brush or the body scrub of your choice and exfoliate yourself from top to toe.
  • A salt bath restores depleted minerals, but it can feel drying so mix it with oil for the best results. Two parts Epsom salts or sea salt mixed with one part vegetable oil and five drops of essential oil works well.
  • Moisturise twice a day, every day. Stick to fragrance-free lotion if your skin shows any signs of sensitivity, and mix in a little bit of extra oil at least once a day.
  • Wear SPF on all exposed areas, paying special attention to your chest, arms and hands.
