Many of us would trade a limb to have a six-pack and be able to wear a tiny bikini to the beach and turn heads. Problem is, belly fat is the hardest fat to lose.
There are no shortcuts, but there are methods that have been scientifically proven time and time again. Here are five of these.
Do them for long enough and you’ll be the hottest thing on the boardwalk come summertime:
1. Don’t eat (or drink) sugar
Added or artificial sugar is one dietary element that I would be prepared to say is categorically BAD for you.
Note: This is not the same as the sugar in a banana or apple… This is natural, found in small quantities plus fruit contains fibre and nutrients – not the same as a chocolate bar.
If you want to be lean and healthy you must find ways to cut added sugar out of your diet. The easiest ways are to stop eating chips and sweets, fast food, ready meals, packet sauces, condiments and definitely stop drinking anything that is sweetened.
Just doing this will make a HUGE difference to your weight. Just be sure not to make the mistake of thinking you need to replace the missing sugar with extra calories. You don’t.
