The plan: Protein shakes mixed with powdered egg and small amounts of water. And a gruelling exercise plan. Simply not even CLOSE to a decent, nutrient-dense diet.

Even worse, a few days out from a show or photoshoot, she avoids liquids completely in order to dehydrate herself and give the appearance of tighter skin.

This is horribly unhealthy and will lead to yo-yo weight loss and gain, and possibly more severe health concerns.
