1. A body brush

Not only will a body brush exfoliate your skin, it will also do wonders for your circulation. Use it on dry skin before a shower or bath, as often as you can – ideally once a day – focusing on areas with poor circulation.

2. Shower cream

Soaps and foamy shower gels strip your skin of moisture – rather opt for a low-foaming shower milk or cream.

3. Body oil

Body oils tend to have fewer unnecessary preservatives and additives than body lotions do, and they require a little more massaging in before they settle into your skin, which is really good for the circulation.
