With our busy lives, planning your little one’s meals is probably one of the best things you can do. In our weaning workshops we talk a lot about meal planners as not only does it ensure that your little one’s nutritional needs are met but it saves so much time and a whole load of stress!
Click here to download a completed week’s meal planner especially for your Stage 2 (6-8 months) baby. This includes three meals a day and with a minimum of one protein a day (to ensure a good night’s sleep). Please note that this is a merely a guideline for you to follow.
