If you’re not interested in doing either, there are a few things you can do to help you lose weight without putting too much effort in.

Sleep -but just enough

Cut down on the sweets

Reducing your sugar intake doesn’t have to be part of a diet or come with other strict food restrictions. Cutting back on sugar even a little bit will make a difference, even if it is a small difference.

Chew your food properly

Chewing your food thoroughly gives you a headstart on digestion. It also gives you a chance to realise you are full before you eat more. According to Healthline, eating slowly can help you eat less of whatever you are eating which can definitely help you lose weight and belly fat. 

Drink more water

Drinking water is one of the most effective ways to lose weight as part of a healthy diet and exercise plan and even on its own. 

Drinking more water can improve your digestion and also make you feel fuller. According to Health.com, your body can sometimes confuse hunger for thirst. Staying hydrated can eliminate this confusion and ensure you are only eating when you are actually hungry.
