These days there are so many different ways that people can keep fit and Pilates is one of them.

Pilates is one of the most popular ancient ways of staying in shape and it was developed at the end of World War I by Joseph Pilates. It focuses on small movements that use crucial stabilising muscles of the core and back.

According to healthline.com, some of the benefits of doing Pilates include:

  • Improved flexibility

  • Better balance
  • Less joint pain

They also say that evidence suggests that doing Pilates can treat arthritis & joint pains, urinary incontinence and respiratory conditions.

Pilates has been said to be one of the celebrities’ top fitness secret and numerous stars swear by it and boast about its numerous benefits.
