Halle works out all the time and her consistency has really paid off. With the help of A-list celebrity trainer Peter Lee Thomas, she has been able to keep in shape. Some of her workouts include martial arts and exercises at the beach.

She follows a healthy diet not only to keep in shape, but also to manage her diabetes. Halle swears by her Keto diet which is high in fat and contains moderate protein.
