Rugby Legend Odwa Ndungane’s wife Kgomotso has the attention of Real Housewives of Durban viewers and it’s not a good thing

The professional florist, businesswoman and event organiser’s attitude towards the other housewives has viewers wishing she would leave the show or finally get told off for being a ‘mean girl’.

Mrs Icon

It’s really cute how supportive and proud Kgomotso is of her husband. Describing him proudly as an icon in every second conversation, however, can become a bit much.
All the ‘housewives’ are successful businesswomen with lucrative careers and tons of ‘Icon status’ themselves. It might be nice if Kgomots saved some of the shine for herself.

Why does she have to be so mean?

What viewers once thought was Kgomotso joking around and taking it a little too far; seems to just be her personality, and it’s frightening.
Kgomotso mocked Ayanda. She singled out Mabusi. She got really mean with Nonku, ‘rubbing salt in her wounds’, after mistakes at her wine launch. Only letting up when Nonku offered her some business and allowed her to organise the relaunch. Then she tried to pull out the files on LaConco’s headline-making relationship at her own events and viewers have had enough.

Get your act together KG

The show is all about drama; we get it, we know, and we are all for it, but we really wish things were different this time.
The Real Housewives of Johannesburg had there share of drama and cliques, but the only way the ‘mean girl’ approach works is if you have your squad of fellow mean girls to back you up.
With no one in her corner, because she throws shade at everyone but Sorisha, and Sorisha isn’t interested in picking sides. We can’t wait to see how Kgomotso gets her rude awakening; we know it’s on its way.
