Some of the bombshell allegations made during the interview from the couple were on the topics like the Royal Family’s lack of protection towards the couple amid tabloid headlines of a family feud, their mental health taking a toll (Meghan admitted to having ‘suicidal thoughts’, and being financially cut off from the monarchy.

Harry also touched on a falling out he had with his father, Prince Charles and claims it was his mother, the late Princess Diana who has “been with us this whole process”. He also addressed the ‘rift’ he had with his brother Prince William, admitting they were on “different paths”.

But it was Meghan’s jaw-dropping allegation that members of the Royal Family were “concerned” about Archie’s skin colour (prior to him being born) that really struck a chord

Meghan also insinuated that race was an underlying issue for a number of incidents, including her son being denied a title and protection. She also claimed that the Duchess Kate ‘made her cry’ over a flower girl dress fitting in the lead up to her 2018 wedding.
