2021 is here. I don’t know about you, but ‘losing weight/getting fit’ is always in our top five new year’s resolutions…

However, life is all about balance right? Eat healthy most of the time, but treat yourself on your cheat days too. It’s all about balance.

We chatted to Shani Cohen, Registered Dietician and ADSA spokesperson and she gave us eight cheat meal treats to try.

These are all under 100 calories!
