Former television talk show host Noeleen Maholwana-Sangqu has been living her best life and keeping fit while at it.

The award-winning retired journalist has had a complete transformation from her days on the popular show, 3 Talk with Noeleen.

Here are a few reasons why we think Noeleen is fitness goals.

Fitness has become her lifestyle

Noeleen kick-started her fitness journey in 2016 and has never looked back.

In a very old post, Noeleen shared an image with before and after pictures of herself before she began exercising and another a year after she got active.

“Please don’t laugh. Me on the left 4 years ago and me this year. #fat must fall. How could I,” she captioned the post.

Age ain’t nothing but a number

At the age of 53, Noeleen has continued to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

She often shares her workout videos on her Instagram page and we have to say that we are impressed.

Her most recent post is a video of her on leg day – those who are into fitness know that leg days are not ones to look forward to.

“Dreaded leg day,” she captioned the video.

Most of her fans have expressed how inspiring she is and motivated them to also keep a healthy lifestyle.

“You are my motivator, inspiration and my alarm clock. When I think of you, I just wake up and do my part, although I’m very very far to reach my goal, one step at a time,” one fan wrote with Noeleen replying, “one day, one step at a time.”

Another commented: “You make this lazy body of mine want to exercise…. I will exercise today. Thank you for the encouragement” with another fan saying “I struggle with everything, upper body, lower body. I was going to give up but you inspired me to keep at it.”

Noeleen is proof that one can do anything they put their mind to.
