It looks as if Enhle Mbali will have the last laugh after she dismissed reports about Black Coffee winning their court battle as “lies”.
There are always two sides to every story. On the weekend we read that Enhle Mbali and Black Coffee’s drawn-out court battle had reached a conclusion and that the judge had ruled against her requests for child and spousal maintenance. We believed that to be true until the Isibaya star came back with her own side of the story and now the whole country is confused as to what’s really happening.
Enhle Mbali slams “lies” in the news
Mbali Mlotshwa has been trying her best to keep her name and her family out of the headlines ever since she first opened up about the difficult divorce that she and Black Coffee are undergoing. However, when a new story alleged that the superstar DJ had “won” against her in court, she felt compelled to set the record straight.
It was reported that the judge at the Johannesburg High Court had ruled against Enhle Mbali’s request for up to R130,000 per month in maintenance, for both her personal needs and those of their children.
When Mbali saw the reports, she couldn’t help but laugh as she took to social media to say, “The law is always fair…. (great #rule43 verdict and it will continue) to be. @SundayWorldZA the people are not stupid. This matter will physically go to court you can’t lie then…. the truth always comes to light!!! My silence is not out of stupidity.”
She also shared a picture of the Sunday World report which first broke the news, accompanied by a series of laughing emojis.
