Rachel Kolisi has revealed her amazing weight loss after struggling to train and eat well during lockdown
In a September post, Rachel opened up to her fans and shared photos showing her weight gain.
“Some lock down honesty,” she started off the post.
“This is where I am currently. I went into lock down feeling like I could keep up with the training and eating well, but obviously that wasn’t the case. Important to know this is what some people’s normal looks like – and I’m not ashamed. I’m irritated I didn’t have more discipline and maintain a good thing instead of having to start again,” she continued.
Since then, Rachel has been sharing her weight loss journey and her progress.
She recently shared a video showing her body before she started a 21-day challenge and after the challenge with the caption “November 2020 vs September 2020”.
“I did a post in September about how l really struggled keeping my eating and training consistent in lock down and had put on some weight and wanted to get in a better mental and fitness space.
“I did the challenge in September, didn’t complete the one in Oct and just finished November’s one. And feeling TONS better then where I was in sept, mentally and physically. There’s still time to achieve your 2020 goals. Don’t wait for next year,” Rachel said.
Rachel said she has just completed another Rise Studios 21-day challenge and she looks incredible.
‘Rise to the Challenge’ was launched during lockdown.
Rise Studios – which is co-owned by Rachel and fitness coach Tammy Rawstron – offers a 21-day eating and training transformation challenge focusing on wellness and promoting good eating habits.
Fans could not believe how fit and lean Rachel’s legs were when she recently rocked a mini dress for the SA Style Awards 2020. They had nothing but good things to say after she posted a video of herself at the event.
“Legs honey”, one fan commented. Another said: “Legggzzz” while another wrote “Those legs!”.
Other fans said: “No more sweatpants – stop hiding those gorgeous legs” and “Those legs though Rachel! Killing it.”
This 21-day challenge must be Rachel’s secret to those killer lean legs.
