Known for her impeccable style and dress sense, Duchess Kate has been one royal that most people have grown to love and admire
The Duchess of Cambridge sure knows how to spot a great design as it has been revealed recently that one of the dresses she wore earlier this year has been named the Dress of the Decade.
Popular fashion magazine Vogue has named the silk emerald green Falconetti Dress – which Kate wore during her visit with Prince William to Ireland in March – the Dress of the Decade.
About the Falconetti Dress
The Falconetti Dress is designed by Susie Cave of The Vampire’s Wife label. Susie Cave is a British designer as well as fashion model and is married to Nick Cave, a musician and poet icon.
The Vampire’s Wife brand is loved by numerous top celebrities for its flattering designs. Some of the celebrities who have worn them include Kate Moss, Princess Beatrice, Cate Blanchett, Jennifer Aniston and more.
Their designs have been described by Vogue as hyper feminine and are all about emphasising the female body shape – particularly the waist and shoulders. The founder Susie Cave revealed that she started designing dresses to feel more confident.
