  1. Be flexible. Not every workout is going to go according to plan, so if you miss a workout session, don’t beat yourself up about it. Just accept it, move on, and do a workout the next day.

  2. Make it â??me timeâ?. Instead of seeing your workouts as a chore, appreciate the time that you have to yourself to work on your body. It’s a time to de-stress and zone out.

  3. Get motivated. Fitness is a state of mind so find images, quotes, or real-life stories that are going to inspire you to keep exercising.
