WebMD provides these characteristics of a mesomorph:

  • Wide shoulders
  • Narrow waist
  • Low body fat
  • Can lose and gain weight easily

Mesomorphs are easily able to change their shape due to their body’s ability to gain and lose weight. However, if they do not watch what they eat they can end up being overweight. A good diet and some exercise can usually keep them in good shape.
