In 2019, it was reported that South African comedian, Trevor Noah purchased a $20m mega-mansion in Los Angeles…
This week, the host of The Daily Show sold the mansion for a slight profit at $21.7 million (that’s a gigantic chunk of cash! Around R351 million!)
This led fans to speculate one whether he’s planning to settle down with his new bae Minka Kelly, and will use the funds to purchase a cosy love nest for the pair, or put it towards a glamorous wedding.
After his much-publicised breakup with model Jordyn Taylor in 2019, Trevor Noah has managed to keep his dating life under wraps… until now. In early September it was revealed that the Daily Show host is smitten by his new love who he’s allegedly been seeing stealthily for “several months”.
Is he planning to tie the knot? Only time will tell…
See inside the LA mansion
The massive mansion is situated on 1.31 acres of land, with 10,044 square feet (933 square metres) of living space. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms and a three-car garage. There’s also an 18-metre infinity pool and a home theatre.
But don’t worry, Trevor isn’t currently ‘homeless’
He also owns a New York penthouse which has featured in his Daily Show recordings during the coronavirus pandemic. He’s owned the penthouse since 2017.
According to a report by Variety magazine, the home never made it onto the open market, so we don’t know how Trevor decorated the interior, or if he made any changes since his purchase last year. We also don’t know anything about the lucky new owners.
