The 5-bedroomed, 1,220m² property is now up for sale again and is described as a “modern contemporary home situated on the greenbelt in Helderfontein Estate.”
According to reports, the property is owned by the Agrizzi family trust.
Angelo Agrizzi’s son, Giancarlo Agrizzi, who is a managing director of Hamptons Realty Group, said the home is no longer on the company’s books. It has been handed over to The High Street Auction Company and will be going under the hammer in a virtual auction on 8 October this year. Opening bids are expected to start at R5,000,000.
