Jazmin Grimaldi – the daughter of Prince Albert – has tested positive for Covid-19…
Her diagnosis comes four months after Prince Albert also contracted the virus. At the time, he said “his state of health is not a source of concern” and has since made a recovery.
Jazmin, who Albert shares with Tamara Rotolo who he had a brief relationship with in 1991, posted an emotional video on Instagram on Wednesday confirming her diagnosis.
“You don’t think it’s ever going to happen to you and I was being cautious. We don’t know enough and even if we are young and resilient enough to fight it off, I don’t wish it on anyone,” she said in the video.
She urged her followers to abide by restrictions, wear a mask and continue to practise social distancing, as she shared her symptoms.

A teary Grimaldi revealed in the clip that she’s lost friends during the pandemic
“This virus does not discriminate… I have lost friends to this virus, there’s been a lot of loss this last year and it’s been really hard.
“We’re all human beings. I know a lot of us will get it. It’s scary and I just want everyone, especially in the United States, to take it seriously,” Jazmin, who is living in New York, said, according to Hello! Magazine.
“It will continue to persist if we don’t take proper action now. It’s not political, it’s about our health.”
