2.     Now sort your eating out

Since you are rewarding yourself in the evening, you really need to sort out the rest of your day. You need to eat mostly healthy foods, in the right quantities, at the right times.

You need to get all of these right. Many people think that if they are only eating fruit  (or any other healthy food) that they can have as much as they like. This is simply not true.

Too many calories of anything means you will gain weight. So figure out how many calories your body needs, and stick to that. Don’t go over.

3.     Lastly, get moving

Exercise will make a difference to the way your body uses the calories that you put into your body. And that makes a big difference to how you feel. You don’t have to run a marathon every day.

A walk for thirty minutes will be enough, and some bodyweight exercises will help, too. Try to get 45 to 60 minutes of movement into your day, and you’ll feel a lot better, and also sleep better, too.

Thankfully, Level 3 will allow more of us to get out and about at different times of the day, so you will be able to exercise when it’s a little more convenient. If you still want to exercise at home, there are loads of online videos to help you out.
