Are you exercising?

It is generally recommended that individuals exercise for approximately 30 to 60 minutes, four to six days a week. This will vary of course, for example, if someone is recovering from surgery, has just given birth, or is ill, etc.

If you do not prefer going to the gym, look for fun ways to get more physical. Do indoor exercises, play a sport or even jog in your garden. Just stay active!
