Exercise with your children during lockdown and you could easily keep the weight off.
Consider having a workout with your children during this time of lockdown. You may be amazed at just how many calories you can burn! Children are encouraged to remain physically active during this time that they are away from school. Many are engaging in activities and exercises that are being suggested by schools whilst some are following specific sport/ workout routines. Others have the freedom to be creative and move about in whatever way they can, under lockdown restrictions of course.
Join your children. You could take them outdoors for a morning run or brisk walk during the designated times or simply have fun with them in the garden or indoors. If you are up for it, you could even practise their school exercises with them.
Always stop if you experience any discomfort or pain and remember that the more fit you are, the more comfortable you will feel when exercising.
