Manage your stress levels

Take time to care for your mental health. Manage your stress levels by finding effective ways to help you keep it down.  Note that stress could arise from various parts of your life including health issues, personal problems or even financial situations in which you may find yourself.

Try engaging in relaxation techniques such as meditation or deep breathing. You could alternatively practise yoga. Remember that everyone has different preferences so if something doesn’t work for you, be sure to give another alternative a try.

You could also try engaging in a hobby or even talk to a counsellor if you are not finding success at reducing your stress levels with the above methods.
